1) (также SW- CMM) - Capability Maturity Model [ for Software] - модель технологической зрелости организации, модель CMMбыла разработана SEI в 1993 г. Инициатором создания СММ было МО США - для получения обоснованных процедур оценки процесса разработки ПО. В этой модели различается пять уровней зрелости организации (по возрастанию): начальный (Initial), повторяемый (Repeatable), определённый (Defined), управляемый (Managed) и оптимизируемый (Optimizing). Начальный уровень означает отсутствие в компании устойчивой системы управления. Успех выполнения проекта зависит от конкретных исполнителей. Повторяемый уровень свидетельствует о том, что в организации освоены основные процессы управления проектами: отслеживается график работ, затраты и т. д. На уровне "определённый" в организации процессы разработки ПО и управления проектами описаны и внедрены в рамках единой системы бизнес-процессов. На четвёртом уровне зрелости организация умеет собирать и анализировать данные о процессах разработки и по качеству ПО. "Оптимизируемый" является высшим уровнем зрелости, он отражает способность компании к постоянному самосовершенствованию свой деятельности, внедрению новых технологий.
